1. Introduction

SheetGeni ("we", "our", or "us") is owned and operated by Megz Labs. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use the SheetGeni mobile application ("the app").

We built SheetGeni for parents who want to set up practice worksheets for their Class 1–4 students. We take privacy seriously, especially because our app is used by families.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Child's first name (entered during onboarding — stored only on your device)
• Child's grade (stored only on your device)
• Email address (only if you join the waitlist — stored in Google Firebase)
• Photos of worksheets (only when you use the photo upload feature — sent securely to Anthropic Claude for processing and not stored after questions are generated)

Information collected automatically:

• App usage events (which screens you visit, which worksheets you complete, scores) — collected via PostHog analytics to help us improve the app
• Device type and operating system version
• App version

Information we do NOT collect:

• Full name of parent or child
• Phone number
• Location data
